WISEOZ is an online social community of spirited, challenge-seeking, and fun-loving people. We encourage competitive spirit, fun, and open expression. However, participation at WISEOZ is not at the degradation of respect and decency of others. We strive to provide members a destination for fun and self-expression while also protecting them from inappropriate, disrespectful, and indecent conduct.

All members of the WISEOZ community are expected to become familiar with this Code of Conduct and abide by it.

The WISEOZ Code of Conduct will be monitored and enforced consistely and without bias in every situation which is brought to the attention of the administrators regardless of the membership status of the user in question. Conduct that is found to be disruptive to the spirit and intent of the community will be acted upon immediately and corrective measures taken to remove the source of the disruption.

Respect

Disrespectful, aggressive, or otherwise abusive commentary is prohibited. All members must refrain from comments which are racist, bigoted, or offensively target a philosophy or religion. In addition, members must avoid offensive remarks based on gender or sexual preference. This is zero tolerance policy. No comments that are overly aggressive, personally insulting or needlessly abusive are allowedj.

If you feel that you have been the target of harassment, personal insults, or other abusive behavior, please notify the WISEOZ administrator. The administrator will intervene immediately.

Consideration

Do not mass distribute large quantities of identical notes or comments. This is typically considered spam. Distributing spam to other members of the community is an obnoxious form of self-promotion and unwanted advertising.

Do not post large numbers of comments to a single forum or other community areas.

Within forums, chat rooms, and other interactive spaces, keep discussion and comments relevant to the topic at hand. Off-topic discussions should be limited to areas where a topic is not expressly stated within the title, name, or subject. While dialogue may be either positive or negative in nature, keep discussions constructive and worthwhile within all community areas.

Be considerate of other members and use common sense and courtesy when making postings. Commentary and other postings which are considered by the administrators to be misplaced, abusive, or inappropriate will be removed.

Maturity

While WISEOZ is an adult-oriented community, some visitors and members may be under the age of 18. In keeping the community safe and fun for all members, refrain from posting commentary or uploading images that are obscene, offensive, distasteful, or otherwise undesirable including discussion topics and graphic images of a sexual or violent subject matter. This includes avatar images and other pictures that members upload or post to their user profile or community pages. There is zero tolerance for subject matter and materials that fall into this category. Content deemed obscene, offensive, distasteful, or otherwise undesirable by the administrators will be removed immediately.

Security

All attempts to exploit or disrupt the layout, navigability, or general integrity of the site will not be tolerated. Such actions that disrupt the community and the performance of the systems are illegal. Violators will be banned immediately upon discovery of disruption or abuse of this nature and be contacted by our corporate attorney.

Appeals and Inquiries

Appeals, inquiries, or questions concerning removal of materials, violation notices, account suspensions, or other administrative actions should be addressed to the WISEOZ administrators using the Contact Form. Please refrain from using the forums, chat rooms, or other community spaces for expressing concerns as it detracts from the purpose of the site.

Changes

Rules stated here may be subject to change with little to no notification. Changes made will be enforced in full against previously existing submissions or behavior.
